Based on our call center to serve customers throughout the country. A dedicated team of specialists user support is at the disposal of our clients from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, and for 24 hours a day by 7 days a week for VIP contracts*.
Each application - regardless of the channel of communication is recorded in our system, which is given to him a unique number and priority. Applicant user gets a notification email about the progress of the application.
Our system supports and records:
- Applications users via e-mail and internet
- Divides the application into basic categories of services / events
- It shows response time to application
- It shows time execution of the application
- Records and analyzes the SLA services.
- It allows the assessment of any application by the applicant for the user.

If the problem can not be resolved over the phone to us or remotely, the application is forwarded to the second line of support, which intervenes directly in your location.
